Philippe G. Galaski, President
Philippe has been a physical therapist in France, Israel and the U.S. He was a service coordinator for the Personal Care Attendant Program at Liberty Resources, a Center for Independent Living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Philippe taught and led workshops on re-evaluation counseling for fifteen years, specializing in disability issues. He is an advocate for people with disabilities living at home and leads support groups for people with post-polio syndrome. Philippe is a member of the Hampshire County Disability Activist Network in association with Stavros, a center for Independent Living in Amherst. He holds a B.A. in physical therapy from the Ecole de Masso-Kinesitherapie de Saint Maurice in France.
Paul C. Bacon, Vice President
Paul is the former director of real estate investment for MassMutual life
Insurance in Springfield, Massachusetts. In addition to working in the
real estate field for several years, he has worked in publishing and
was a middle school teacher. He holds a B.A. in political science and
attended ICSC Management and Marketing Studies Program at the
University of Nebraska and the Leasing and Negotiations Program at
Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. Paul was the founding member and
chairman of the board of the Springfield Business Improvement District
and is past president of the Western Mass Bridge Association.
Charlie Cohn, Treasurer
Charlie has worked in the field of investments and financial planning since 1967 where he began working on Wall Street. Today Charlie provides investment advice to individuals, retirement plans and small endowments through his company Cohn Financial Services in Greenfield. He currently sits on the board of the Franklin Land Trust. He was a member and treasurer of the Mohawk Trail Concerts Board for ten years and a board member of the Franklin County Community Development Corporation.
Susan Crawford, Secretary
Susan is a management consultant to nonprofit organizations in New York
City. She was a grant maker for two foundations and an executive
director for a management firm of nonprofits. She holds a master’s
degree in nonprofit management from the New School for Social Research,
a certificate in strategic planning from Columbia University’s
Institute for Nonprofit Management, a B.A. in French literature from
Elms College, and is the author of Managing the Future: A Leader’s Guide.
Alice Flyte, Director
Alice currently lives in Westfield, MA and has worked in a variety of administrative positions. She has been an assistant producer for anindependent filmmaker in Pennsylvania, and worked as an independent organizer of business seminars and community workshops in Vermont. In Cambridge, NY she served on the board of Hubbard Hall Projects. She brings to All Out Adventures her experience as a long-time volunteer guide for the blind and visually impaired through the Association for the Blind in Allentown, PA and with New England Regional Ski for Light in Boston, MA.
